Amir was a pleasure to work with, he covered everything, he’s Super detailed and provided awesome customer service to everyone that walked in the door! His professionalism, knowledge and clear instructions on payment, access hours terms and conditions made the move in process a breeze. I highly recommend AA Universal Self Storage. The facility is located in a quiet yet accessible area, conveniently located across from a Starbucks and other shopping. Aside from the location I like that it’s small and offered easy move in. Also Amir greeted everyone that walked in, 5 Star service all the way!

Aaron was professional and courteous and made the renting process efficient and pleasant! Lockers are very reasonably priced and the place is tidy.

Upon my first visit to this facility, I met and interacted with both Aaron & Amir. Both these young men were polite, helpful, and professional. They listened to my needs and showed me a couple of units. They also reserved one for me. Upon my returning to rent the unit, Amir was on site and assembled my paperwork and rental contract. He was extremely pleasant, friendly, and a complete pleasure to interact with. He took the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns. My personal experience was positive overall, and I would recommend anyone who may need to rent a storage unit to consider visiting Aaron and Amir.
